Donation Requests

CollarGirl.com believes strongly in supporting animal rescue groups and other pet-related charities. We welcome organizations to fill out the following form to request product donations. Please give us as much information as you can and we will personally evaluate it.

Most requests for auction items will receive two to three collars, although requests will be evaluated on a need-based scale. Requests for supplies for dogs in rescue will be filled based on the size of the rescue and level of need.

Organizations without official 501(c)3 status should still apply. Your request may be filled after a review of your request and your website.

What we ask in return

Because we have so many requests for donations, we require a small "tip of the hat" from your organization in exchange. Please place a small text-based link permanently onto one page of your *website. This should be done before you submit this form. You may add a link in your own style and wording, or you can cut and paste the HTML below.
